Defeat Diabetes Foundation Site Launches

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – DataGlyphics Inc., a St. Petersburg-based Web development firm, today
announced the launch of the redeveloped Defeat Diabetes Foundation web site.
The vision for the organization is to show through the actions of the Executive Director – Mr. Diabetes® (and other diabetic staff members) that diabetics are neither helpless nor hopeless and can lead productive lives. DDF will provide accurate, reliable, up-to-date information about the self-management of diabetes and show how Mr. Diabetes® utilizes these techniques in his daily life to avoid the significant complications of the disease. He will put a name and face on the disease and show through his actions how to advocate for appropriate solutions to diabetic issues.
"The site includes a fully dynamic content management system with email integration and media gallery," said William H. Stover Jr., CEO of DataGlyphics. "In addition, the application includes an interactive real-time screening test for Diabetes risk assessment."
